For us breeding our Wagyu is about quality not quantity.

Slow, steady, and stress-free.

Our mixed animal farm is low input – we use ruminants to turn grass into food and improve soil structure. This helps us cut artificial fertiliser use, help build nutrient levels in the soil and maximise local food production while farming sustainably.

Our Wagyu Beef, Pork and Lamb has Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status. This guarantees the “Welshness” and integrity of our farm bred meat. We can assure full traceability – from farm to fork.
